the man's accent was so thick he was from India one of the countries Pakistan stating that there would lawsuit filed if I did not cooperate with all my information for unpaid taxes

As 4.45 pm ET I receive the same call in PR. Unfortunately, to them, only Fed. Employees in Puerto Rico are the ones to fill Federal Tax Returns, including the FBI.
