This call came 3x today final call from ira

Female recorded voice message left on my answering machine says "Hello, This call is officially the final notice from IRS, the Internal revenue service. The reason for this call is to inform you that the IRS has filed... (then the message cut off)."  I definitely know it's a scam call on April 14, 2016 for several reasons. When I have needed to talk to someone at the IRS, it has taken 1-2 hours to get someone on the phone - and this is when I owed them money. Secondly, I filed everything in January, got refund checks and have already spent them.

called and left a recorded (robo) message saying irs and they were going to file a lawsuit for non paid taxes. no irs person would call from a cell phone.

I haven't rec'd this cal...yet...but I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the #.  However, many of my senior citizen friends have rec'd a call..not once, not twice, as many as 3 or 4 times.  No one know has fallen for it so far.
