Yea definitely been the second time they've called me. Sounds like a dream come true because you know some people are in desperate need of a miracle but now it's like I kick in the stomach.  Thank you for everyone that has posted about this call back number because they won't answer their phone.  I know I'm probably a goob for even trying to call the number but hey I'm sure everyone else did too. Too good to be true it usually is. And crazy thing is I never usually answer unavailable calls but they won't stop calling unless you answer. Too bad there isn't a way to talk to authorities and maybe somehow track where it's coming from like they do actual criminals.  Just a thought.

Well, this afternoon (06/30/2015, 2:30PM) a nice lady called me in Arcadia CA. Asked if her parents knew what she was doing for a living and she had the courage to say "yes. And, they are proud of me." Wow!

You know how I know it's a scam?

1. No one in their "office" speaks English with a standard American accent. I've talked to 4 of them and they all have non-American accents.

2. You shouldn't have to pay first for a grant. That is not a thing that happens.

3. Asking for the money to be delivered via Western Union only is suspicious.

4. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor/boss, I was told repeatedly that "this is the government, sir. We don't have supervisors/bosses." What?!

5. They told me that since I refused the offer, they would keep calling me until I accepted it. No one in the government works that hard... lol. Nor is it likely that they would get ANGRY at you for not accepting their grant. And yet the people on the phone called me all kinds of slurs and names because I wouldn't take the money. If they're just giving away money, why do they care if someone takes it???

6. I said if they have a grant under my name, please tell me my name. I want to make sure I'm the right person. They couldn't tell me my name, they said the grant was tied to my phone number... lol, makes no sense.

These people are the scum of the earth, defrauding the elderly, the gullible, etc. it's so evil.
