I got a call from an unrecognized Out-Of-State number.  No message was left.  As usual, I did not answer, and I looked up the number here.  (800Notes is my go-to.)  This appears to be the first report.  (Maybe to give the benefit of the doubt, was this a "Fat Fingered" dial?  [I doubt it.  looking at the pattern of the numbers, as they would appear on a dialing pad.])  I will be adding this number to my "Telemarketer" contact, which has a silent ringtone and is blocked.  (I won't be bothered by this number again.)  An Unrecognized Out-Of-State Number + No Message = Scamarketer.
