Got a call from a woman stating she was with the fraud division and needed an immediate call back or she would contact the state.  Another collector ignoring FDCPA...what a surprise.   I think I will take my chances.   Time for another complaint to the FTC

Talking about fraud and they would come inside my job to identify me and pick me up.! LOL Wouldn't give me any info and said they didn't have too.???WTF???? Seems they don't know California law. Wouldn't even give me the name of the "attorney" he was supposedly working for.

Received a call today from this number saying that a fraud claim had been entered against me for $2,000.00.  This includes interest and finance charges.  She then dropped the amount down to $800 and said that I had to call her back within 45 minutes or I would be arrested and expect someone to come to my door.  Said the company was Vince Enterprises.
