I was getting the same thing and answered a couple time.... They are calling for the "US Grants" and you have been awarded money..... BIG TIME SCAM.... I thanked them for calling me, advised I knew they were a scam and would be reporting them. Believe it or not they called back and hour later.....

Got a call no answer next time said i was an agent with FBI no calls since.

Has called 4 times in 8 hrs. Not answering any call from DC. The ultimate in sleeze.
