I have been receiving calls from this number for several days this week. Very disruptive.

I am now getting calls from 202-666-5147. Clueless who this is...clueless as to what they want. As it is from the District of Columbia, I often answer, "Yes Mr. President. I am ready to serve." Then, oddly, they hang up.
