saying i put rockstar logo on my car to get paid for it

They will send you a large check, telling you to pay the "wrapper" by untraceable means (Western Union) and keep the rest as payment for wrapping your car.  The check will eventually bounce and you will be out the money and the bank fees, and if the check is large enough my face criminal charges as well.  Remember that the money being available does equal the check clearing.
