This number called my cell indentifing himself as an agent for the US Government Free Grants Headquarters.  This man claims that there is money ($7,089 US) of free grant for me and that all I have to do is go to my nearest Western Union and call him back.  So, I did so, he asked me to ask for the green form which is not to receive money but to send money.  He informed me that this money should've gotten to me via mail in form of a check 3 to 4 months ago but that some Jamaicans stoled the checks and caused this delay.  He wanted me to send $49 US $ and that I would immediately receive my grant plus the $49.  He informed me that I was going to receive this from India because the Jamaicans were arrested in India and that's why I was getting the money from there and the reason for the $49 was the cost to change the currency.  The craziest thing was how he told me that if anyone at Western Union asked me why I was receiving this money to let them know its from a friend and not the government so they wouldn't try to charge me taxes on this money.  How naive do these people think I am?????

Mom received a call, & I didn't belive anything they said! I called back asked to talk to "David" they said he was speaking to the supervisor... I told them I searched on the INTERNET for this number & that it was fraudulent I also told them I called the AUTHORITIES... DYOU KNOW WHAT THEY TOLD ME? OK SO GO TO HELL! & hung up on me! LAUGH OUT LOUD!

i got the same call and given the same information..do not believe them it's a scam...

I exactly got the same call too. Same info. Glad I googled that number and saw this post. Too good to be true.
