Call from Cell Phone CA 530-559-1657. A foreign lady proceeds to tell me I won a US Grant of $7500, asks me how I want my money...deposited in my checking account, put on my credit or debit card or Western Union. I chose W.U. She gave me a "grant money id" code and a phone number for her "account manager" that I have to call so they can disburse the funds. I called the number of 202-657-4861. A foreign man proceeds to tell me that I have to pay $259 as a security deposit. I asked why they just don't take it out of the $7500 that I "won". When he started to tell my why, I said because this is a scan and you just want my money and he said that my mother is full of donkeys, not once but twice and hangs up on me! This is so a scam! He also said that he is physically located at 1200 Independence BLVD in Washington DC. I'm worried because they also had my mailing address.

I received a call from this man that said that I had been awarded a federal grant of $7500.00. He told me that I had to pay the processing fee of $289.00 and the funds would be released. So I did that and now I can't get a hold of them. So now I am out $289.00. I guess that I am naive but I could have really used that money to get caught up on some bills. Anyways I can't find out any information about them.

i just got the same call get 7,500 but i have to pay 280.00 to western union as a deposit an il get it bac in 10 to 15 min i said if i gotta take an id what is the 280 for that money dnt have my name on it wow what a joke so u r now being reported jerks
