Scam. Foreign accented male states the government wants to give me $8k as a grant. Wanted my bank info to take a payment from me to secure my grant. Obviously a scam!

caller claims to be awarding grants from the government. When I called him out for being a scam he called me again to tell me that I have been added to his do not call list and that I was reported to the FBI. Who do these idiots think they are.
