Left message saying he was from IRS...has called twice!

Told me I had hid from IRS. This is a scam - do not return call!!!!!

Caller says there is a fraud or misconduct which needs to be rectified immediately, and something about hiding from the Federal Government.  Also says this is a toll-free number, which it is not.  ALL toll-free numbers begin with 800, 877 or 888.  (And possibly 866, not sure if that one has been opened yet.)  IRS does not contact by phone, definitely does not contact by prerecorded message, will only contact by mail.

866, 855 and 844 are all now in use as toll free numbers
