i received the same call from oscar perez told me i was hand picked for being a good citizen my grant of 7800.00 was free just had to go to the nearest western union call 202-621-0241 take 200.00,my cellphone and my state id. he said he was calling from the federal government human resources i asked if it was a scam he said if this was a scam would i give u my id#SER23TC?so i played along went online found hundreds of people with thesame scam!! so i called back said i was at the western union she asked for my name i could barely understand thick accent she pulled up my name and i screamed st her"DONT U EVER CALL ME AGAIN I KNOW MY GOVERNMENT WOULD AT LEAST HIRE PEOPLE I CAN UNDERSTAND"!!! how and why isnt anyone doing anything about this?they are saying they are the federal government!this is total fraud and taking people's money how are they still allowed to do this?
