they buy debts from att telephone co. and other places and worry you to death after it has been settled some tme ago they need to get a job a doing labor work

The "9001" is the zip+4, btw.
Send the letter by Registered Mail, so they have to sign for it, otherwise they will ignore it. It'll cost a few bucks, unfortunately.
Here is a link for a "Cease & Desist" form letter. Put your number (the one they have been calling) where it says "account number."
If you don't like that one, just Google "C&D letter - collection agency" for other ones.

This is a company that's calling to gat your info . let's just say your computer ,a bank, and your info that hope to me it(hell) the thing is, i did't know about it(2004) and and it's still going on. Ones on the internet how to stop it.
