did you recently order a Trial product sample by paying only shipping and handling?   IF - yes that is where this charge comes from.
It was either one of  the bogus health supplements like Acai berry etc - with bogus celebrity endorsements - or the GRANT SCAM websites.

Go back to the website and read the terms and conditions - you agreed to these terms and conditions when you processed your order. BY LAW - THEY ARE REQUIRED to disclose these fees and charges in the terms and conditions and these scammers rely heavily on the consumer who does not bother to read them.  Reading them would only convince you NOT TO PLACE your order
