I received the call but didn't hear it as my phone is silenced. I have programmed my phone to only show when my contacts call. All other calls go through to missed calls, my voice message states that I will not answer or accept calls from a number not associated with my IPhone contacts. Please leave a message and I'll return your call. Seldom do I get messages left from these numbers soliciting services I should be interested in.

Same thing happened to me today and when I answer I hear nothing. Tried calling back and got a generic voice-mail that also was said in Spanish.

They must of called 20 times. I answered it a few times to tell them to stop, most times ,no answer, twice hung up on me. Crap callers and irritating.
