Received call on 1/18/13. Called number back and got a Verizon message that the number has been disconnected or changed. Obviously this is some kind of scam.

this is what it said on my caller id for a name and #: I don know (202) 579-6896
That's right "I don't know you" so why would I answer a call from someone who's name shows up as that. It is obviously a scam and they are making it easy for us not to answer the call when the name shows up as like.

I Received A Call On My Cell Phone At 1:41pm Today (Friday, January 11, 2013) Which I Didn't Answer From 202-579-6896. They Didn't Leave A Message. However, I Did Try To Call It Back About 2:15pm Or So Just To See What Or Who It Was And It Went Straight To A Recording That Said "The Mailbox Is Full And Can Not Accept Any Messages At This Time...Goodbye" And Then Hung Up!!!!
