Recorded message said this was from the IRS to inform me that they had been trying to reach me to tell me that I was being sued.

Just received a recorded message stating this was my last notification, to inform me I was being sued by the IRS. Called the number given and it is always busy. Just another scam.

Message said they were the IRS giving me final notification that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Ha Ha

Got automated call from 938-560-3611 telling me they have been trying to reach me and it was final notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call 202-559-7599.  Not bothering to call back.

Since you captured the phone number, maybe they can investigate and stop others from becoming victims.
