Possibly a debt collector using Level 3 VoIP, in an attempt to local an individual.  Problem is... that when Debt collectors have an incorrect number , they have been known to aggressively continue to attempt contact with the outdated information.  My frustration stems from their use of "different" toll free numbers and VoIP communications numbers.  I should not have to repeat over and over that your information is OUTDATED, I do not know the person you are looking for and I have NEVER been related to them..Please stop calling!!!
