Calling posing as Us treasury department about a small claims court and possible action against me, they never asked my name and when I called back and said they would need to talk to my attorney they couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Beware surely a scam!!

this was a computer voice left me a message. I dont think the us treasure would be calling. i think they woudl send a letter

A recorded female voice purporting to be an officer of the U S Treasury Department advised me to phone 202-559-0666 to avoid possible prosecution. Called legitimate IRS number, but no chance of talking to anyone due to high volume of similar calls, and their website for reporting said calls was not at all useful.

Same as above -- female robocall threatening to have me arrested for tax fraud if I didn't call back. 321-832-7637 was the # they called from, per Last Call Return. Bogus bogus bogus. If I were really in trouble with the IRS, this is not how I would find out.
