Claims to be from the Treasury Dept. Recorded message with a very heavy accent telling you to call them back - something about magistrate court.

Sounded like a recorded voice with heavy accent. Kevin Mason calling regarding an enforcement action by the Federal Government. Failure to return the call will result in Federal criminal charges.....blah....blah....blah.......
