I received a call this morning from this number. I let it go to voicemail, and a male robo-voice told me to "Immediately at our department # 202-558-5366, I repeat it's 202-558-5366 . As it is a matter of urgency, I am looking forward to speaking to you. Thank you."

The first part of the message was cut off, but based on looking at other complaints about other 202 numbers here, it's a IRS scam and this is just another number they've added to their scamming list. :-P
