Just a follow-up...I still have not been arrested, served with any legal paperwork nor have my children been taken into foster care.

Left message on voicemail that I need to call regarding the treasury dept that I fraudulent filed my taxes an will be arrested. Called my cpa anything that has to do with taxes will be mailed.

It's a fake scam that told me there was an arrest warrant for back taxes. Please don't fall for this scam

Got a voicemail claiming to be from the IRS about filing Fraudulent Tax Returns, and that If I didnt call them back I would have to appear before a judge or a Magistrate. Total scam Im going to laugh at them next time they call. Its kinda fun to argue with them, about their claim. Until they get mad a hang up on you.

Washington DC, stating that "failure to call back you are intentional attempting to avoid and ensure appearance in front of magistrate judge for a Federal Criminal Offense" kindly call back before you are arrested.
So I decided to call back and a person that has a heavy foreign accent answers and tells me I'm calling the federal magistrate court and they are attempting to collect on a debt and if I don't pay I will be arrested at my home or job!!!
I wanted to play along and see where they wanted me to send the money etc. but I lost my patience.
THEY DO THIS TO SENIORS AND DISABLED PEOPLE, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
The IRS does not dial 11 digits they use USPS certified mail!!!
