I received the same message from this # I am so glad I googled this, please have the CIA, FBI check and investiage this and why are we getting these calls....I should hot

These calls are coming from overseas and that makes it next to impossible to take any kind of action against them unless the country of origin is willing to get involved.

I just had a message on my phone stating the same as above and I decided to call back. I could barely understand the guy and he told me he was Federal Agent Austin Black from the department of legal affairs and that there is a warrent out for my arrest for tax evasion. He said that my tax accountant is frauding me and never filed my 2013 or 14 tax returns. With late fees I now owe $5860 for both years. I played along for a while, then told him I knew that this is a fake phone call and he cursed at me saying they were coming to arrest me right now. I said go ahead and hung up. Funny thing is I actually owed over 6K for this year alone and have had 2 different accountants both years. Idiots!!!!

I got a voice mail threatening me on federal charges, failure to appear before grand jury, good luck if you don't return their call, etc.

I too just received a voicemail saying if i didn't not call back and ignored the message, it would be considered my 2nd abs final attempt and that i would be standing up the magistrate. I called back and spoke with a lady i could barely understand and she asked for all of my info. I said she could look it up by my phone number, which she then stated i should enjoy the police knocking at my front door and they'll take care of the rest.  Glad i came across this site and didn't divulge any info!
