I keep getting a phone call from this number, CONSTANTLY, and I never answered it before.  This morning I decided to answer to see WHAT IN THE WORLD THIS PERSON WANTS WITH ME!!!.  So, I answer and the person GIVES ME THE SILENT TREATMENT.  I admit I only said HELLO twice.
