It's a scam.
Got a call from this number. Was told as mentioned earlier that they are from IRS and filing a law suit. In couple of hours arrest warrant would be out. But unfortunately for them their accent was very funny!
The guys were either from Pakistan or India. Once confronted about the scam they started talking in urdu/hindi within themselves.

I have been called four times from this same number in the past 2 months. Hysterical. They keep asking me for my lawyers information regarding a lawsuit being filed against me with the treasury department for back taxes that I owe since 2008.

I got a voice mail from this number on 11/17/2014. Mechanical like recording said it was the IRS and I was to return the call before action was taken against me. I knew it was bs but called the number to see where it would lead. It was a Majic Jack commercial. I hung up after 4 seconds.
