Second time got call from this number  no voice messages left I called back it was disconnected number

Second time I got this call want leave a message call back and they say no# has been disconnected?

just got a call from this number I lmao cause the guy on the other end could hardly speak English and said he was callin from the united states government and said to me the government was gonna give me $9000. just for paying my bills on time .I will not say the words that i used to him but in so many words i told him that he should go find someone else to scam
