Received call. Caller ID showed "Winner". Wanted to sell me a home security system. If they could install a small sign in my yard.... which is when I hung up. Pestering idiots.

Ah, yes, the old "Winner" and "Announcement" scam. "202" or '20 anything" means a political hack call. (*yawn*)

Illegal prerecorded robo call..The FBI has learned of many home break ins in your area.  If you will allow us to place a sign......For more information, press 1; to be put on our Do Not Call list, press 9.  I'm on FL and National Do Not Call list.  I've never done business with these idiots, so I'm not required to press anything!  They are required to subscribe to the Do Not Call directory!  And, recorded robo calls are ILLEGAL!!
