Automated telemarketer.  Returned call and was given an option to get off the calling list.

(202) 495-7154 - Automated dialer. Very specific stes "Public Opinion Poll", in this case the do not call list does not apply unless you request to be removed. Called the tel number back and you do have a choice of removing the number. Number has called again and after you take the survey it will redirect you to: www.surveyclaim.com. I will file a claim with the state attorney AGAIN to report this jokers!!!!!

Watch out for this group of marketing crooks (National Research Group)!!!!! The survey is to find out to whom they should sell your contact info for further solicitation.  Be very careful about visiting their websites if you do not have strong anti-virus protection. Their old website tried to download a trojan onto my computer.
Their number removal system does not work. They have been calling our office for 3 years.
The free cruise offered for completing the survey is not free. The only thing paid for is a boarding pass onto an old boat. All meals, travel and activities, including taxes and fees are paid by you. At a minimum, it will cost $400 bucks per person, if you live in Florida, where the boat departs from, for a 2 day boat ride with a couple hours stay at Nassau.  I have also heard they make you sit through a time-share presention, too.

Telemarketers use the "YOU WON" bs to get around the donotcall laws.
It implies that you have a previous business relationship where none exists.

Telemarketers are required to tell you that they are telemarketers FIRST, so by claiming you won FIRST and then they start their sales pitch.   This is in violation of the DO NOT CALL LAWS as well.

I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  Caller hung up.  This is the first call I've gotten from this number.
