We get calls from this number and we do not know who it belongs to? No one answers and it hangs up, if we call back, it just rings and rings.

202-495-7111 "Business Service" which is based out of Washington DC.  Company cross checks to Resource Advisors LLC, which is apparently owned by another company called Odd-Even Bustnes.  The company operates out of a residence located at 3415 34th Pl NW, Washington DC 20016, and is apparently owned and operated by a Simon Johnson.  Johnson bought the house with a Mary Kwak on 06/12/2007 for nearly $1.9M.  They have at least one (and possibly two) adjustable mortgages for approximately $900K, and there's a second possibility of another $1.2M.  All of the above would need to be completely verified, but it's from fairly reliable resources.  All home land line phones have been disconnected, otherwise I'd have no problem publishing them here.  Nothing is better than calling a telemarketer at home when they're eating dinner, but in this case, alas, there is nothing to report.  There's a Sally Acharya that is also somehow connected with the company, but it's unclear whether she still is or not.  

All of the above is in the public record somewhere, so there's no problem putting it here for all to see.  However, my personal message to Mr. Johnson is that there are people out there who have resources far beyond those of mortal men, to find you, call you and pester the living hell out of you and everyone you know or do business with.  Stop calling with your robocall machine or you will be surprised beyond belief when you start receiving telemarketing calls from an entire group of telemarketing companies at your relative's residence.  We also have the ability to track down where they work and then arrange to have robocalls sent to where they make a living.  

You think this isn't possible?  Just keep calling.

Just dial *60 and add them to your list! Works for ATT users and Comcast. This way the phone company screens them out.

Thank you for this info!  I have repeatedly called ATT about these calls and they tell me there is nothing to do but list myself on the DNC registry.  All my numbers have been listed there for over 10 years and I renew as necessary.

However, I cannot seem to accomplish this. I dial *60 and send and have tried *60 plus the number. In both cases I received a recording "Your call cannot be completed as dialed". I have ATT and would be most grateful to know how one uses *60 to stop these calls!

Unfortunately, Comcast only lets you block 12 numbers TOTAL.  I already have 12 numbers blocked and it won't let me block anymore.  12 numbers is a terrible limit for the whopping prices they charge for service but just thought you might want to know.
