Big Scam. All indians . ASking to go to  nearest Wal mart and pay arrears for tax due via debit card.

Same happened to me.

FCC warns of this scam. Tax season is coming up. IRS will not call - they write you. Never give info. Add number to call blocking on landline phone (Verizon: look under telephone --> "change service" --> set call block on --> change --> add number to list). On mobile:  (iPhone: click on number (-->scroll to bottom) click "block this number"  )

They called here as well. Robocall saying that this was my final notice from the IRS and that I was being sued. Just how stupid do they think I am ? As far as I am aware, I have paid my taxes and cannot see any reason why I even should be sued. Somehow I also thought, that everybody knows, that the IRS does neither call you nor send emails. Any communication would be strictly done via postal service. Scam for sure and I feel the autorities should follow up on these scammers and convict them.

Recevied the same recorded messsge stating that this is our final notice and that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  This is the third call we have received from Shawn Williams.
