so i prank call these guys and find out a lot of stuff. so i recognized the accent very fast they are from pakistan. and after making fun of him he revealed him self as pakistani and that his uncle is from ISIS so make this number famous pass it along.

Just got a call from this same number saying IRS was suing me. Called it back and a male with an Indian accent answered saying IRS investigation department - I hung up. This is a total scam -- DO NOT CALL BACK -- 1 202 492 8816. Also verified with someone at the actual IRS department.

Just got a robocall..caller id read #1911 robo voicemail..india accent stating what I could understand is S police will be at your door to arrest in one hour if you don't respond" The number is 1-202-455-6961 Washington DC. If you call back it says its the line is busy try back.
