This people are crooks and criminals. do not answer the call.

Got call from this number at 2 p.m. on 2/2//17 that came up on phone as being from Stephen Kai Chao.  When he asked for my wife (by name), I asked who's calling.  He then told me to go F*** off, etc... and hung up when I pressed person on who is calling and what in reference to.  I looked up the name and number and it comes up as a local dr, but the number is no longer in service.
