They were calling about my mortgage loan modification (I do not have a mortgage). When I started to tell them I do not have a home, they hung up on me.

I got a call from this number but they didn't leave any message. A search showed that it was a Land Line carried by Verizon (?) and was located in the W D.C. Area. Also came up as "WASH DC CALL"

called back and got a long message that the owner of that # is not the one calling and he has had thousands of calls back to him of which he knows nothing about! It was a recorded answer message ... seems odd
Says " Washington,DC "
