I received a call from a man at the Fraud Dept  in Washington DC, calling himself Steven Baker and he said there was a package being held for me.  

Good to see that people report these kinds of calls.  
Scammers!  The world is so full of scammers!!

Received a call Wed. 8:45 AM  Nov.27,2013 Man was calling from Customs Department, said I won a huge amount of money.  Had such an  accent could not understand his name.  Gave me a tracking number to use when I was supposed to call back at 3:15 PM of 866-338-9056.  I called sooner and after 4 rings some lady also with the accent said Customs Dept,  said I got the wrong number and hung up.
