I answered it (for a change. No one replied. They disconnected. My take: scam or spam

Got a call from this number. Didn't answer as I don't recognize it, they didn't leave a message. Searched Google and found this. I'm guessing its going to be a new scam phone number and they some how "purchased" or "acquired" a bunch of phone numbers. They are calling them, to see if anyone answers, which then tells them that they can call that number later to try and scam someone.
