Left message..barely able to understand heavy foreign accent. Stated they were from the IRS regarding..? audit.. long rambling nonsense message. Almost laughable because they sound so rediculous. My caller ID said VOICE NEWORK. They've called twice this week. Same number. Same wacky message.
