I also had been looking up furthering my education online and then began receiving these phone calls.   I don't understand how the government allows someone to impersonate their organizations and don't try to stop it.  Citizens information is being transferred country to country information is being compromised someone needs to investigate this....

I also got a Call from this number Michelle Anderson was her Name she got mad when i asked her What was her Name...i dont think its,safe because these people have access to all ur information

I got the same call as everyone else, however I am taking steps to let our government know what is going on and sent an email to the FBI, yeah people they have an email. and they check it. the more people report this the more chances there are of the people that are doing this getting caught and either deported and never allowed to come back to America, or getting caught and going to prison for a while. Either outcome and I would be happy with it.
