this number calls my iPhone several times. finally when i answer "Larry" asks for me and says he is with US Government Grants. I was called since qualified. I told him politely and slowly I do not need a government grant and please remove me from your calling lists. he yelled "go to hell!". i replied "hey, larry take me off your calling list". Intelligible reply and he hung up.
