Political Robocall - Number Blocked

Political robo-call.  It would not disconnect until it had finished its recording.  I needed to make a call for work, but was unable to because, even though I hung up, the robo-call did not.  My phone was useless until the recording finished.  What if I had needed to call 911?

I can't stand calls like the one you have described. The fact that you cannot end a call is mind boggling. This is one of the reasons why I am glad that I do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers.
