They call saying i got a grant for 5000 dollars but tha number does. not work now

I got the call right now

please don't fall for this.It really is a scam because i sent them money expecting money in return and they kept telling me the money would be in my account but luckly i did'nt give them my real bank account number i gave them a pre-paid card and little do they no the FBI is on they're track.Just beware and dont answer any anonymous calls because they got me!

A guy with an indian accent just called me and told me I had received a grant from the u.s. government for $5,000. This is obviously a scam. Who do I report this to? It has to be a serious fraudulent offense, claiming to be the u.s. government...

they called my wife's mobile and they have my home phone too and have first and last names

Dont know who is helping them to get all these details

I asked them is there any listing about this grant on any of the federal govt site ..they couldnt give me site information and I informed them i would report to govt if its  a scam and she immediately hung up on me

I want to report about this number and this fake grant scam ..who can we report this to.
