called and asked for a random name. i asked to put me on the no call list and was called a homo and a coward. completely unproffesional and rude. called after business hours during dinner.  asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor called me names as well. Pissed.

Got the same automated message I've been reading about.  Common Wealth, DC, Check Kiting etc.  What a waste of time.  I think I'll turn the number over to police, although I'm sure the guys will just get another prepaid cell phone...

The just called me i did the number check and log on here am glad i did,,it was a recoring saying im bieng sued and to avoid crinmal actions to get a attoney?..i dont undestand?

I just received a call on my land line and my cell phone at the same time. I answer the phone and heard a automative voice something about there is currently a lawsuit filed against me for check "Kitding", I should contact the someone, I dont remember who to see if there is fraud activity on my account. Contact a 888 number. It went so fast I could write the number down. I called back the number that was on the caller ID and got no answer.
