got a call from this I D I O T....super rude,....I couldn't hear him at first and he got really pissy!!!   dude needs to find a job he really likes....no customer services whats so ever!!!!!!!

Got a message from 214-349-7727 (Texas) to call back at 202-400-2923 (DC). The caller did not identify himself, but said he was hired to resolve a matter between "you" and his client before it goes to court. He did not say who he was calling or give the name of his "client."
