ditto - and since it's from inside the Beltway (Washington, DC) I have sneaky feeling it's a political group soliciting something, probably money.  Oh yeah, no message left either.

Called them back and got a recording saying I reached "Strategic Fundraising," which does solicitations for political and charitable groups. You can supposedly get on their no-call list by entering your phone number, but I was cut off before I could finish putting it in. No problem, I have a call blocker!  LOL.

Don't know how effective it maybe since I've been receiving multiple "Tea Party LF" calls from these jerks almost daily for a year now.  and this time its a from new number.  Was 202-769-0723 now calling from 202-400-2728
