received a call. to everyone reading this and feeling confused and scared, these calls are SCAM. IRS will ONLY contact you via mail. do not worry about this calls however do report them to avoid others from becoming victims to these thiefs.

From the IRS stating they are filing a lawsuit against me...ya right!!! So sad...especially for the elderly that could fall for it... Disgusting!

Got this call 3 times saying it's the irs.

Three times this morning already called leaves a message that says they are IRS and are filing a law suit and needs me to call back.

Got a call from this number three times today.  I called them back and when I got a live person, I said I was calling in response to the IRS lawsuit they called about.  But first, I asked her where she was located.  She said 1111 Constitution Ave., Washington, DC.  Then I said, "No really, I know what's going on and I'm just curious, what country are you calling from?"  Then she went silent and a few seconds later the call disconnected.  I tried to call back to inform them that we had been "disconnected" but no one answered!  Hmm . . guess they aren't really that interested in helping me with my IRS Lawsuit.
