For me, their website and their services are a pure scam, directed to rather unexperienced investors !!
Trying to intimidate people, who own US Pre-IPO Shares, by claiming after a future take-over those
shares will be worth nothing is pure nonsense, without delivering a reason.
Poor and bloody attempt at intimidation !!

Am sorry you were scammed. This is too late to help you but may help others. Securities fraud is handled by FINRA = Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Googling "finra" will get you their website where you can ask for help.

Received a call from a "David Davenport" from this number asking for my mother.  As she is 86 years old and am her caretaker asked what company he was with, said if I can't talk to her, I'll just hang up and did.
