Called from this number twice stating that I needed to call immediately or else

ok officer wigman I'm gonna have my cousin in Africa send you a cashiers check drawn on my lottery winnings from London ........... If that doesn't work fer ya got another cousin in India that can wire you funds from my long lost relative that I inherited .............

# Just called...I hit "TALK" then "OFF... try to do this on 1st ring.  I do this all the time with unrecognized #'s.  Would like to think that the phone bots think it’s a dead # if it disconnects immediately.  Try to have a portable phone with me all the time.  If it's a legit call, they call back.  Then I pick-up.  I always have 30 #'s on immediate block.  Older Panasonic phone system gives you 30 blocks.  Over 3 years have accumulated over 300 blocked numbers.  I have been on the “DO NOT CALL REGISTRY” since it started 13 years ago.  What a JOKE !!!  Have had my phone # for over 20 years, may just have to give it up.

Same as the rest. Left a voicemail for me to call back or face dire circumstances. Do not fall for this total scam! The IRS will never call and demand payment.
