called twice, but didn't leave a message

Called at 10:08 AM, recording said: "Please hold, I have a call for you."  Then no one came on the line.

We get at least TWO calls per day from this number and my husband has explained that we tried to work out the debt with the original creditor and they refused to accept the amount we said was the only amount we could pay each month to satisfy the debt, so they eventually charged off the debt and now these jerks are calling. They NEVER leave a message on the answering machine which is stupid because if they REALLY wanted to get hold of us they would and when they do we get a lot of threats of oh we're going to do this or do that.

Does anyone have an address for them? I want to send a cease and desist letter to them because their multiple, daily calls I feel is harassment.

They have every right to call you if you owe them money.  You don't get to decide how much you are going to pay them.

Some people are having a hard time right now.
If these people are willing to pay the debt off over time, you should not be so critical of them.
This is a MEDICAL bill. Should we just die if we don't have the monet to pay?

I wish I did not have to deal with people with these opinions in my job or life.
