Got a call from 202-365-8532 the guy stated that I had won a Non-pay back grant from the United States. He went to give me a claim number then gave me a 646-450-1594 number to call to get my free grant. We went online to see exactly who was calling us and it came up being listed in the District of Columbia (Washington DC). Please people dont fall for this it is a Major Scam.

They called me FOUR TIMES! I did not answer the first call at 11:35 am, as it was not someone I know, and caller ID (on my cell) said Washington, DC as the area the call was from.
Then they called again at 1:43 pm, and I answered. It rang (AS IF I WERE CALLING THEM!) when I said "Hello" and then a person (I honestly couldn't tell if it was male or female!) said "Hello, may I speak to Mrs. _______ (my maiden name very badly mispronounced.) I knew immediately something was off, and said, "You have the wrong number." Hung up, and proceeded to block the number.

At 4:35 pm, I received another call with the same area code and prefix and very similar last 4 digits. (Washington, DC -- 203-365-8622) I did not answer.

At 7:34 pm I got ANOTHER call from the second number. I answered, intent on delivering a scathing warning not to call me again, as I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, but there was only radio silence for 12 seconds before I hung up and called right back. It rang TWICE, then went to voicemail. <It was a cellphone!> And the outgoing message was, "The voicemail box for this number has not yet been set up."
GEE... I WONDER WHY?!?!
I'm seriously considering calling THEIR cellphone every THREE HOURS until they answer. Or just texting them every photo of my "Do Not Call" Verification dated EVERY YEAR for the last 5 years. (I sign up every year for the "NEW" businesses who "Don't have the list yet." Yes, I've gotten that response..

These people HAVE GOT TO BE STOPPED!

I just did a phone search using Spokeo.com - the phone number is registered to a Cyril S. - W. 17th Street, New York, New York. On Verizon Network.
However, he is 77 yrs. old... I believe this company has a number-spoofing program that makes their number show up as someone else's. So they're using an elderly gentleman's number to scam gullible people. How many other numbers are they using??? It's TWO victims for EVERY CALL!
