They left a message and I knew it was a scam. I called back to jack with them. I told them I knew that is was a scam and the man w/broken English proceeded to cuss me out when I asked for his name, cause number and his ID number.

Just had the same call.  I called back and a gal using broken English tried telling me that I owed them money for "Miscalculations" on my previous 5 years tax returns.  When I asked her to tell me what the miscalculations were she wouldn't, when I asked to speak to someone in charge she hung up.
